About me! 

Hello everyone, my name is Will! I have been a part of the Minecraft / Discord communities for over 1/2 years, I am always looking for more experience! I am a fifteen year old male currently looking towards the management stage, I have worked in various different servers to come to this stage and so far, it is going great! My current hobbies are mainly sports, Soccer, Tennis & Basketball! I am also very into computer tech and the Minecraft / Discord Community! I am a very kindhearted person and love making friends! Why you should hire me!

I believe I should be hired over other participants for a couple reasons, I have been working as a staff for 1/2 years, so I have a huge amount of experience with staffing & management, I have already been trained and understand commands and rules. I understand ticket guides, I have a passion for handling tickets and understand the best way to handle them even in bad positions, I can handle tickets even when the member is arguing back or getting out of control. I am very professional, for the past year I have been working on myself to make sure I have good grammar, don't take sides (Bias), be calm through hard situations and much more, I have taught myself how to be professional and not rude and silly. I understand the meaning of being a staff, being a staff is not just about getting a cool role or thinking you are better than others, being a staff transforms you into a role model, the members watch what you do and try copy it and they also take after you so we need to be professional while in the public, to show the members how to follow rules and how to stay safe in this environment. I think I should be hired because I understand these things and know what to do in any situation. 

What can I bring to your server?

There are many things a staff can bring towards a server, but these are my main [Key] things I bring to every single server.

I will always be professional throughout my working time, I will make sure to be a proper role model and take everything seriously, I will be calm, concentrated and determined. I will keep my grammar good and my rules in order.

I have a very good passion with supporting members through tickets and questions, I will make sure to always help the members whenever I can to make sure everyone is having a good fun time in the server! 

〡Ideas
I have worked in the discord development area & the community management areas, so I have a lot of ideas for things like discord changes, events, I can also suggest good times for staff meetings and timed events!

〡Communication
I will always be active talking with the staff team and making sure everyone is doing alright, I also will check over higher staff to see if I am able to help in anyway and also just give a check-in to make sure no one is having a bad time!
